A non-refundable 25% deposit of the holiday cost is payable at the time of booking.
Total holiday cost will be due six weeks before your arrival date.
Bookings made in advance will require a £250.00 refundable damage deposit to be paid 2 weeks before your arrival date.
Bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date must be paid in full, plus a £250.00 refundable damage deposit.
Damage deposit – In making a booking you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you, pets or any member of your party and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss that we may incur as a result. This security deposit will be returned within 7 days of the end of your holiday, less the cost of damage/breakages.
Deposits / Payments can be made via Stripe Payment System.
Details will be provided at the point of booking Braemar.
A comprehensive Terms and Conditions Contract will be issued at the time of booking.
COVID
Your booking will not be cancelled by us except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
Notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made for your holiday.
Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.
